Our Approach

 We hope to increase the number of special need individuals, belonging to Middle income households, placed in good quality Assisted living residential facilities across India, for life-long care. These facilities should be cost effective, while following standardized, uniform protocols on individual care, in a safe & secure environment.
 
Our immediate aim is to help expand capacity and maximize utilization of existing assisted living facilities. To do this, SNF will assist in creation of physical infrastructure, by providing targeted financial assistance to a carefully chosen set of projects.

We wish to be a force multiplier, by playing a dual role:

~ Work with multiple projects, assimilate learnings, advise and share best in class approaches, so that the entire community benefits.

~ In some projects, there will be middle class parents who are unable to fully fund their ward’s room; on a case-by-case basis, The SNF will provide viability gap funding to construct the room while expecting parents of the ward to contribute the rest.
